SMB.co was building fast but didn't have a design system to keep up. Their product team was creating components from scratch for each feature, leading to inconsistencies across the product and slowing delivery.

I designed and built their first complete design system in Figma: a token structure, a core component library, and documentation that their team could reference without asking questions. The goal was a foundation they could own and extend on their own after handoff.

The result is a system their team is actively building on, with a handoff smooth enough that their CEO called it 'incredibly easy.'
